RETURN POLICY

 

If you wish to return your items, please ensure that your items meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of receiving the items.

  • Must be unworn, unchanged and unwashed.

  • Must be returned in the original full packaging with the tags attached.

  • Must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and mustn’t affect resale.

The shoes must be returned with the original packing and shoe box, since they’re regarded as parts of the product. Please keep the shoe box in the delivery box to prevent it from damage during the delivery.

Please be aware that the return policy is not applicable to the items for final sale. 

untitlab™ reserves the right to reject any items that don’t meet the return conditions. We may return the unqualified item to the original address for return. 

How to Return/Exchange

You have 7 days from receiving the item to return your purchase for any reason.

Before you send out your items, please contact untitlab™ via email: info@untitlab.com to apply for a return/refund, notifying us the reasons, your account for purchase, and other information. We will process your application and inform you the address for return.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14(fourteen)days of receiving the returned items via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Your financial institution may take a few days to complete the refund process.

Notes

For the return/exchange made due to the quality problem, the delivery charges will be covered by untitlab™. You can choose “Freight Collect” for international delivery. If you’ve prepaid the delivery, the delivery charges will be returned with the refund. untitlab™ will not cover any costs not due to the quality problem.
